The present General Conditions of Sale are established between:

1. For the first part Bean’s Barcelona,being Baby Beans SL ., company with registered address at Av. Lluís Companys, 29bjs ,08172-Sant Cugat del Vallès with registered fiscal number NIF B-65338436 and that operates on this web site with the denomination Bean’s Barcelona (henceforth, The Company).
2. And, for the second part, any person who makes a purchase order (henceforth The Client).

The information or personal details facilitated by you will be treated under that established by the Privacy Policy. On using this web site you consent to the treatment of the aforementioned information and data and declare that all information or data supplied by you is true and corresponds to reality.

2. THE USE OF OUR WEB PAGE
On using this web page and/or making purchase orders you commit to:
1.Use this web page only for consultation or to make legally valid orders.
2.Not to make any fraudulent or false order. If we have reason to believe that this is the case we are authorised to cancel the order and inform the pertinent authorities.

At the same time you agree that the Company may use this information to contact you if necessary, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and always in accordance with the existing legislation.

3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
All orders for products are subject to their availability. To this end, if there are difficulties relating to the supply of a product or the product is out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer information about substitutes of equal or superior quality and price that you may order. If you do not wish to order these substitute products, any amount you may have paid will be reimbursed.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of each product will be that stipulated on the web site, except in the case of manifest error. Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices shown on the web site are correct, errors may occur. If an error is discovered in the price of any article that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option of re-confirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and we will reimburse the amount that has been paid. The Company is not obliged to supply any product at an incorrect lower price (even if the Delivery Confirmation has been received), if the error in the price is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as such. The prices shown on the web page include the relevant taxes. To each order a delivery cost is added to the total amount payable as shown in the section Delivery Costs. The prices may change at any time, but, (except in the case of that established above) the possible changes will not affect orders for which the Company has sent a Delivery Confirmation.

5. EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY
The customer can always change or return the product, as long as the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered and within 10 days after.
If the product is adjusted to what has been bought (model and size), the return or change will be paid by the customer. Two options:
1-Send an email to beans@beansbarcelona.com indicating the order number and what you want to return. We will give you the instructions to pay the return that we will manage with SEUR. Price:4,5€ Spain. 10€ EUROPE

2-Send the items to be returned on your own to the following address:

You must send the package to the following address in the same conditions that it was delivered.
When we receive it, we will send you the new product (shipping cost paid by Bean’sBarcelona) or we will make the corresponding refund for the same method of payment you paid.
If the change or return is due to a defect in the garment, an error in the order (reference, size, etc.), both the return shipment and the new delivery will be borne by Bean’s Barcelona.

6. SHIPPMENT POLICY
The shipping price will be indicated once you finish your order and enter your address.
Baby Beans SL keeps the decision to make promotions/free shipping campaigns but generally the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights of exploitation are reserved.
This web site is governed by Spanish Law and is protected by the national and international legislation covering intellectual and property rights.
The intellectual property rights to all the information contained in this site, graphic design, drawings, logos, images, indexes, source codes etc. Are the property of Baby Beans, S.L.
